1) Complete and sign our broker agreement (required): This agreement states that ONLY IF and WHEN your loan has been funded into your bank account, 6% of your total loan amount will be due to Prosperity Capital.

2) Complete and sign our CC/ACH authorization form (required): This form states that ONLY IF and WHEN your loan has been funded into your bank account, Prosperity Capital is authorized to draft 6% of your total loan amount from your account.
